Tactical Fire

It was late in the day on September 19, 2005 and our objective was simply to photograph the hydrant and return to Billings. That anyone would stop to photograph a fire hydrant must have been considered a bit unusual because before we knew it, Dennis Schupak was whisking us inside to receive a wonderful tour of the fire station. We have a hunch that this department practices opeing the overhead doors because Dennis had all of them open, faster than we could keep up.

Notice the next generation of fire fighters running about. Could they be the fire Chief's sons?

So, as Dennis conducted our tour, opening doors, showing us around and otherwise making us feel right at home, we seized the opportunity to take all sorts of photos.
